MOVE: Ease into the day with a grounding yoga and mindful breathwork session led by Jasmina Egeler to help you arrive in your body. No pressure, no performance – just a quiet return to self. Yoga mats are provided, just wear something comfortable.
NOURISH: Enjoy a fall menu curated by Amy and Alex – a welcome refreshment on arrival, a warming, seasonal lunch served family-style, tea and a sweet treat to close. Made to care for you from the inside out and as delicious as it is nourishing. Allergies and dietary needs can be shared at the checkout.
CREATE: A creative linocut printing workshop led by artist Chris Radvak of Radish Designs. A guided session to learn something new, connect to your inner-child, and have fun doing it. Leave with your own hand-printed creation: choose to make either a pack of five greeting cards or a tote bag to take home with you. All materials are included.
